The Road Safety Division is responsible for:
- promoting and ensuring the safer use of our roads through the enactment of necessary legislation
- supporting the Road Safety Authority in the implementation of the national Road Safety Strategy through the enactment of the necessary supporting legislation
The Road Safety Authority has oversight responsibility for implementation of the Strategy.
