Following on from Government Approval for the drafting of a Dublin Transport Authority (Amendment) Bill to provide for the legislative framework to extend the National Transport Authority’s (NTA) remit under section 44 of the Dublin Transport Authority Act to enable the NTA to provide public transport infrastructure nationally beyond the Greater Dublin Area (GDA), the General Scheme of the Dublin Transport Authority (Amendment) Bill 2025 and Regulatory Impact Analysis are available through the links below.
