This Notice is published on www.gov.ie/transportunder section 39A (inserted by Regulation 7 of S.I. No. 743 of 2021) of the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001 to list each designated body. The designation is made by the Minister for Transport. Each authority is a designated body in relation to the application for a railway order and the associated environmental impact assessment report for proposed railway works, DART+ Coastal North.
