Taxi Regulation Review Report 2011

A policy review was undertaken in 2011, culminating in the publication of the Taxi Regulation Review Report 2011, which set out forty six actions for reform of the sector. Following the Review, the Taxi Regulation Act 2013 was enacted.

The National Transport Authority is responsible for the regulation of the sector.
