Under Section 19 of the Foreshore Act 1933 , as amended, and Regulation 42(13) of the European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011
A copy of the application, and the relevant documents and information, are available for inspection free of charge for 30 calendar days, between 13th July 2023 and 13th August 2023, at the following locations:

Making a submission:
Submissions can be made to: Foreshore Unit, Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Newtown Road, Wexford, Co Wexford or email foreshore@housing.gov.ie .
Submissions received outside of the public consultation period cannot be considered.
