FormsIE Privacy Notice

The FormsIE platform facilitates the creation of data collection web forms on behalf of public service organisations by OGCIO. FormsIE by their nature are a data collection interface and do not store data themselves.

Note: When you use a FormsIE service, the following personal information may be collected:

• contact information: name, email address, phone number and address
• form responses: any information you provide when filling out forms created using this service

The purpose of this service is to provide a simple, secure, easy to use platform for organisations to provide a mechanism to collect data for public services in order to streamline their data collection and service provision.

The information you provide may be used for the following purposes:

• to provide and improve the organisations service: to operate, maintain, and enhance the service, and to provide customer support
• to communicate with you: to send you updates, notifications, and other information related to your use of the service

The legal basis for data processing is governed by the data controllers' responsibility to collect data for the provision of public services, as well as their legitimate interests. The applicable legislation in each case should be set out by that data controller. Data subjects should be notified about the purpose of data collection in their service provision, please see relevant site for more information. As noted above, OGCIO does not store data themselves.
