Journey BuilderIE connects multiple Building Blocks (like FormsIE, PaymentsIE and MessagingIE) into complete digital journeys, without requiring development.
Using Journey BuilderIE, government workers can build and manage services for citizens with speed, consistency and security, guiding the user from the start to the end of the service they need.
Features of Journey BuilderIE
- journey creation interface (for authorised users)
- seamless handoff between steps (for example, form → payment → confirmation) with pre-configured resources on each Building Block used
- secure, accessible and mobile-friendly citizen-facing journeys
- staff-facing tools to manage, monitor and review submissions
- secure access via OTP (citizens) and EntraID (staff)
