National Physical Activity Plan

The 2016 National Physical Activity Plan was Ireland’s first cross-sectoral approach to promoting physical activity. Its aim was to increase physical activity levels across the whole population and to create a society which facilitates people, whether at home at work or at play, to lead an active way of life.
