Road Closures
Limerick City and County Council has a responsibility to ensure that all temporary road closures are carried out in accordance with proper traffic management plans in the interest of road safety for all road works and events on public roads.
An application for a temporary road closure should be made six weeks prior to the requested date of road closure to roads@limerick.ie or in writing to the following department:
