Summary

Longford County Council intends upgrading the existing footpaths, taxi rank, tree planting arrangement, and carriageway adjoining Market Square to the north and potentially south (N63), and the proposed removal of existing off-street parking.

The proposed development also consists of the introduction of street furniture, bollards, public lighting, signage, landscaping and planting, interactive congregation structure, tabletop predestination crossing.
