Road Opening Application

Offaly County Council wishes to advise the public that it is an offence to deface, damage or dig up a public road without the prior consent of the Council in the form of a Road Opening Licence.

An application for a Road Opening License must be submitted online through the MapRoad website which is administered by the Road Management Office. For further details or to register for MapRoad click here.
