Procurement Related Sectoral Legislation

In recent years, the European Commission have published legislation in a range of sectors which include legal provisions that public procurers may need to consider when procuring certain goods, services and works. To increase awareness of these requirements, which may be optional or mandatory, please see below a list of relevant EU regulations already in force. The list is non-exhaustive and will be subject to amendment.
