This framework agreement offers:
- Catering/canteen services, where food and beverages are prepared, cooked (where appropriate) and served on site
- Hospitality services, where food and beverages are prepared, cooked (where appropriate) and served on site

Green and social considerations
- methodology used to ensure product compliance with legislative requirements (e.g. HACCP, Food Waste Regulations S.I. No. 190:2015)
- ability to ensure food traceability from farm to fork and manage waste within the canteen services.
- food sustainability elements and organic can be specified at mini competition
- biodegradable cleaning chemicals can be specified at mini competition
- supports policies and guidelines designed to improve health and wellbeing

Contract Dates
Valid From: Aug. 4, 2020
Expires: Aug. 3, 2024
Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
How to use this framework agreement
Services from the Framework will be conducted through “Supplementary Request for Tender” (SRFT) Mini-Competitions. The competition pool will be by reference to the Lot which the requirement falls.
On each occasion that you propose to award a Service Contract through Mini-Competition, you must complete:
A technical requirements document and a SRFT which are available on the Buyer Zone for download.
Once you have completed the SRFT and technical requirements document please submit to OGP Support (support@ogp.gov.ie), you will be contacted by the relevant team member to begin the consultation process.
Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through mini-competition. To get started, please see the User Guide which is available on the Buyer Zone.
