This framework agreement offers a counselling support programme, which includes trauma counselling.

Green or Social Consideration

In recognition of the social value of the provision of pro bono services, and to promote Responsible Business Conduct (RBC), there has been an

inclusion in the Specifications and Requirements, that the Framework Members awarded a Service Contract under this Framework commit to work

towards providing at a minimum of one (1) set of counselling sessions of pro bono Counselling services to one end user, per annum, per Counsellor

involved in the delivery of the services.

Pro bono Counselling services includes Counselling services provided free of charge and with no expectation of payment, to poor, disadvantaged and

marginalised individuals and communities who cannot afford to pay for effective Counselling services without incurring significant financial hardship,

and whose Counselling needs would otherwise be unmet, and charitable and other non-profit organisations and social enterprises that work for them,

and individuals and organisations on matters of public interest that would not otherwise be pursued.

Who can use this framework agreement

The services provided in this framework agreement are not available to Central Government Departments and Offices which are currently under the remit of the Civil Service Employee Assistance Service (CSEAS). A comprehensive list of who can use this framework is available in the User Guide.

Contract Dates

Valid From: May 1, 2024

Expires: April 30, 2027

Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.

How to use this framework agreement

Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be through direct drawdown.

Where Direct Drawdown is available you must copy the Notification to Activate Goods/Services Form (NAGF or NASF) onto your own headed paper and complete accordingly.

Once you have completed this, it must be sent to the Contractor.

The Contractor will counter sign and return it to you. The Contractor will then contact you to determine requirements.
