The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC) has established this framework agreement to procure Prescribed Road Signs & Ancillaries and Temporary Roadworks Signs & Ancillaries.

This Multi-party Framework Agreement is divided into 2 Lots:
- Lot 1 Permanent Prescribed Road Signs and Ancillaries
- Lot 2 Temporary Roadworks Signs & Ancillaries

How to use this framework agreement
Call off contracts under this DPS are by way of a Supplementary Request for Tender on Supplygov. Through a Supplementary Request for Tender, Buyers can either:
a) Award a Contract to the Preferred Tenderer only; or,
b) Award a Contract to the Preferred Tenderer and a number of Substitute Tenderers.
You must be registered as a Buyer on Supplygov, under your relevant Contracting Authority, to issue a Supplementary Request for Tender on this Framework. Contracting Authorities that are not registered on Supplygov, can register their Contracting Authority by clicking on ‘Register Contracting Authority’ on the Supplygov login page.

Expiry Date: 18 Sept 2027
