This framework agreement provides a range of legal services for any institution that has been awarded university status. The term of this Framework will be for a period of validity of up to 2 (two) years with the option to extend the term for a period of up to 1 (one) year with a maximum of 2 such extension on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligation by law. The maximum term of this Framework will be 4 (four) years (“the Term”).

Up to 20 hours of Pro Bono hours provided on an annual basis for each Services Contract Awarded

Contract Dates
Valid from: Wed 01 May 2024

Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
