The Provision of Managed Parking Services

In summary, the Services comprise of Managed Services related to on-street and off-street parking operations including, but not limited to:

• Management of car park operations;
• Management and issuing of parking permits;
• Car park cleaning and maintenance, signage, and line marking;
• Payment collection and banking;
• Enforcement services (e.g., patrolling, clamping and ticketing);
• Management of pay and display services, including machine maintenance, the purchase and installation of new machines, and management of ticket stocks;
• Customer service via help points on-site and call centres;

This framework agreement is divided into 3 Lots offers the following parking services:

• Lot 1 On-Street Managed Parking Services
• Lot 2 Off-Street Managed Parking Services
• Lot 3 Combined On-Street and Off-Street Managed Parking Services

At FW entry stage, FW Members were required to provide evidence of adherence with an internal/external Environmental Management System. The arrangement accommodates the for the inclusion of environmental award criteria at the mini-competition stage:

• The arrangement accommodates the for the inclusion of social award criteria at the mini-competition stage:
• Social Inclusion Proposal
• Disability Access Proposal

Valid from: 31 Jan 2025

Expiry: 30 Jan 2029

Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.

OGP-assisted mini-competitions;

This option is available for mini-competitions conducted under all Lots.

For contracts with an estimated value of ≥ €250,000 per annum

Client Self-Serve mini-competitions

This option is available for mini-competitions conducted under all Lots.

For contracts with an estimated value of ≥ €50k over its full term
