The Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Market Research and Surveys Services covers a range of market research and surveys consultancy services, including qualitative and quantitative research/survey services, secondary and specialist research/survey services, and multi-category market research and survey consultancy Services.

Environmental Considerations were assessed via the Award Criteria at the establishment of the Framework. Quality of Proposals on the incorporation of Environmentally Sustainable and Social Considerations into the delivery of the Services. There was a 60% minimum Qualifying Threshold on this criterion.

Any Tenderers who failed to demonstrate how they support and implement environmental and sustainable efficiencies and Social Consideration in their practices and in the delivery of Services awarded under this Framework Agreement would not be awarded a place on this Framework Agreement.

Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through mini-competition.

Process steps:

1. Verify the value of the requirement and select appropriate Framework Lot.

2. Define requirements and specifications. Identify the Evaluation Award Criteria. Complete the SRFT Documentation

3. Return completed SRFT Documentation to the OGP.

4. Provide responses to any clarification queries received.

5. Conduct an evaluation process. Complete evaluation report. Approve and issue outcome letters.

6. Conclude contract with successful tenderer. Provide Contract Award Notice for publication.
