Minor Building Works - Tradespersons

The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC) has established this DPS for Minor Building Works - Tradespersons.

This DPS is divided into 3 lots.

• Lot 1 - Electrical Works
• Lot 2 - Plumbing Works
• Lot 3 - Renewable Energy Systems and Ancillary Works

All Public Service Bodies

Call off contracts under this arrangement are by way of a Supplementary Request for Tender.

Through a Supplementary Request for Tender, Buyers can either:

a) Award a Contract to the Preferred Tenderer only; or,

b) Award a Contract to the Preferred Tenderer and a number of Substitute Tenderers.

Valid from: 23 Jul 2021

Expiry Date: 20 Sept 2026
