This framework agreement provides a range of portable fire equipment and associated services, including the annual maintenance, discharge and refill of fire equipment, and the and supply and installation of certified portable fire equipment in public service properties and transport fleets.

Sustainable solutions were promoted in the Framework focusing on best Portable Fire Equipment Services practice, supporting existing green policies, legislation and circular economy practices. Please refer to p.g.8/9 of the “User Guide” for further details.

Successful Tenderers provided assurances that its employees and the employees of their suppliers, and sub-contractors are employed under appropriate social working conditions and compliance with all applicable obligations in the field of environmental, social and labour law.

Drawdowns from this framework agreement will be conducted through direct drawdown and mini-competition, depending on your needs. To get started please see the User Guide which is available on the Buyer Zone.

Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
