This framework agreement offers storage infrastructure devices and associated services, including energy-efficient storage infrastructure devices, back-up software, training services, and maintenance services.

Framework Members are: Compliant with EU environmental Regulations i.e. WEEE, RoHS, and they are or their vendors are members of product Registration Ltd

Devices that can be procured are certified to third party environmental certification e.g. Emery Star, EPEAT, TCO. At mini-competition stage clients can evaluate criteria such as PSU efficiency, power consumption and Device operational temperatures.

All eligible public sector clients. A comprehensive list of who can use this framework is available in the User Guide.

Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.

Drawdowns from the Framework will be conducted through Mini-Competitions only.

The option to self-serve is also available to contracting authorities who decide to run the competition themselves and have received the necessary training on eTenders.

Contracting Authorities looking to self-serve are required to complete the below forms and submit to support@ogp.gov.ie prior to using this option:

• Request to access to OGP Workspace on eTenders and
• Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality Declaration Form
