This framework agreement provides Supply of Natural Gas to the Health Service Executive/ Health Sector
Goods and services that this framework agreement offers
• NDM Small Business User (SBU) where annual usage is less than 73,000kWh
• NDM Medium Business User (MBU) where annual usage is greater than 73,000kWh and Supply Point Capacity (SPC) is less than 3,750kWh
• NDM Fuel Variation Tariff (FVT) where SPC is equal to or in excess of 3,750kWh and annual usage is less than 5.5 GWh
• Regulated Tariff Formula (RTF) where annual usage is 5.5 – 264GWh

How to use this framework agreement
• There is no contract to be signed by HSE/Health Sector Clients, as the HSE Head of Procurement has signed a single contract, for all HSE/Health Sector supply points, under ‘One Voice for Health’.
• Health Sector Clients wishing to join the contract please contact OGP Energy Team at ngcontracts@ogp.gov.ie for further information.
