Goods and services that this framework agreement offers
This framework offers Bottled Water Coolers, Water Bottles, Point of Use Coolers (Mains Fed) and Servicing of all Water Coolers. The framework provides a range of Water Cooler solutions as follows:
1) Bottled Water coolers provided free on loan
2) 18.9lt and 11lt water bottles with no deposit charges
3) Purchase or rental of point of use (mains fed) coolers
4) Maintenance on customer owned Point of Use mains fed coolers

Green benefits of this framework agreement
- Electronic brochure to reduce the use of paper
- Methodology used to ensure product compliance with legislative requirements (e.g. CE, EN Standards etc.)
- Existence of waste management policy
- Transport and supply chain efficiency (route planning)measures
- Reduction in packaging and plastics in deliveries/operations
- End of life product recycling
- Vehicles fuel efficiencies, maintenance events, actual emissions and eco-driving training for operators.
- Compostable cups can be purchased from the OGP’s Catering Consumables and Disposable Products Framework.

Contract Dates
Valid From: June 3, 2023
Expires: June 2, 2026
Contract extensions may be available for this arrangement; please check the Buyer Zone or contact support@ogp.gov.ie for further information. Specifically, if you are concerned that the expiry date will have an impact on your requirements.
How to use this framework agreement
Goods can be purchased from the Framework via “Direct Drawdown”.
The framework is divided into seven lots. There is one provider on the Framework, across the 7 lots.
