Earlier versions of the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) suite of template and guidance documents are available to download from the Construction Procurement website.

• Archived Contracts, Instructions to Tenderers, Forms of Tender, and Notification Letters etc. for (i) Works and (ii) Works-related Services are available under ‘Pillar 1 and 2 – Document Archives’ respectively.
• Archived Suitability Assessment Questionnaire, and Cost Planning/Control templates are available under ‘Pillar 3 – Document Archive’.
• Archived associated guidance is available under ‘Pillar 4 – Document Archive’.
