OPW Ploughing Championships

The Office of Public Works (OPW) is excited to return to the National Ploughing Championships in Screggan, Co. Offaly this September. Visit our stand to discover how OPW works across Ireland to protect our heritage, enhance biodiversity, and defend communities from flooding.

2. Biodiversity Zone – Learn how we support biodiversity with and how you can build-your-own Homes for Wildlife.

3. Flood Relief Zone – From Bricks to Flood Fixes! Explore how we reduce flood risk with our vibrant and fun Lego Catchment Model.

4. Park Photo Op Zone – Take a seat, snap a photo, and after the event, our bench will be placed in a public park, making this not just a photo op, but part of a sustainability story.
