Estate Management

The OPW’s Estate Management Division is responsible for the management of a significant part of the State’s modern property portfolio and activities include the provision and management of accommodation to meet the various operational needs of the Civil Service, the Gardaí and various other State Bodies, acquisition and disposals of property, and the construction of new energy efficient buildings. The Division is also responsible for the ongoing maintenance, refurbishment and fit-out of existing office accommodation and evaluation of options for the future redevelopment of properties to meet the needs of Government Departments and State bodies in a blended working environment.
