Minister O'Donovan announces funding approval for flood protection works at Cooleen House, Bruree

Minister of State with responsibility for the Office of Public Works, Mr. Patrick O’Donovan, T.D., has announced the approval of Limerick City & County Council’s application under the Office of Public Works’ Minor Flood Mitigation Works and Coastal Protection Scheme. Under the scheme, the Office of Public Works (OPW) has approved funding of €33,525 for works on the re-grading of a channel and reinstatement to original cross sectional channel area as well as the replacement of an existing undersized culvert with a larger culvert on the River Maigue at Cooleen House, Bruree.
