Uncover Art for the Heart at ‘Doneraile Art Festival’ (26-29 June 2025)

The Office of Public Works (OPW) is delighted to announce the return of the ‘Doneraile Art Festival’, celebrating music and art in the picturesque location of Doneraile. Co. Kerry. The festival offers a fun filled programme of workshops, demonstrations, music and art for all ages.

The festival kicks off on Thursday with a variety of workshops including willow weaving, storytelling and life drawing.

Visitors can expect a series of exciting activities including yoga, flower arranging, drumming and painting and much more throughout the weekend. There is something to capture the interest and imagination of all.

The Event

The event is organised by Art for the Heart Doneraile – a not for profit voluntary community group established in 2018 to encourage & facilitate active community involvement in the creative arts.

The Organisers

The chief organisers are Pat Beirne and Mary St Leger who with their committee have been organising the festival for the past number of years. The committee consists of: Mary St Leger, Sherlyn Coleman, Brian Sheridan, Anne Marie Simpson, Catherine Murray, Susanne Windholz, Pat Beirne and Cathy Barron.
