Responsibility at Principal Officer level for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (M&E) Services. This includes the following areas:
- Design of mechanical and electrical building services in both new and existing buildings for Government Departments and other State bodies
- Management of the procurement process and on site supervision of M&E projects
- Maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in the OPW’s portfolio
- Management of the OPW Maintenance Helpdesk
