Responsible at Principal Officer level for the management of tax collection, related compliance and enforcement measures with particular responsibilities for the maintenance and enhancement of the systems that support debt management, the design and testing of changes to existing technologies and new solutions, the processing of tax payments in the Collectors General's office, and related banking function including Direct Debit and the transfer of payments to the Exchequer and tax reporting.
