The Human Resources Strategy Unit is the HR unit for the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. The Department is committed to championing an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects modern Ireland and the people we serve. Please note that it is separate and distinct from the Civil Service Human Resources Division, which is responsible for Civil Service HR policy.
