The national tendering platform, eTenders, will be changing on 15 May 2023.
All users can log on and access the new eTenders platform from 15 May onwards, and new competitions will be published on the platform from 22 May.
The previous eTenders platform will continue to be available for all users until May 2024, to enable all in progress competitions to be completed on the current platform - these will not migrate to the new platform.
It is important to note that no concluded (closed) or cancelled competitions on the current platform will be migrated to the new platform
As a result, access to historic data will be available to all users until an alternative access method is made available – no data except registration details and arrangements such as established Frameworks, DPS and Qualification systems will migrate to the new platform, to enable new drawdowns to take place from 22 May.
You will find targeted information for businesses and contracting authorities on dedicated webpages below.
Please note: If you already had an account on the previous system, you do not need to register again on the new system. You can simply log in and follow the steps outlined in the first login guide, attached below. (The ‘login’ button is available on etenders.gov.ie at the top right-hand corner of the screen.)
If you are a member of a business registered on eTenders, please view the dedicated eTenders updates page for businesses.
If you are a member of a contracting authority, please view the dedicated eTenders updates page for contracting authorities.
