ββββThe Freedom of Information Act 2014 offers you access on request, to records held by the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC). It gives you the right to have your personal data corrected or updated, where such information is incomplete, incorrect or misleading, and to get reasons for decisions taken by the department that affect you.
DECC publishes a list of all non-personal Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
DECC requires customers to provide certain personal data in order to provide services and carry out the functions of the department. Your personal data may be exchanged with other government departments and agencies in certain circumstances, where lawful.
