Ms Michelle Richardson

Michelle Richardson is an Assistant Principal Probation Officer and the lead for Learning and Organisational Development in the Probation Service. She is a qualified social worker with a Masters in Criminology. Michelle has practiced criminal justice social work for over twenty years in a range of settings, specialising in the assessment and management of perpetrators of intimate partner violence, general and sexual violence in addition to effective practice with justice involved clients.
