NPWS seeks comments and proposals from the public on the Control of Wild Bird Species Derogations

The National Parks and Wildlife Service of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage is seeking comments and proposals from the public in relation to the Control of Wild Bird Species Derogations.

A Consultation Notice regarding the Control of Wild Bird Species Derogations has been published on the NPWS website.

The current declarations allowing for the control of certain wild bird species are due to expire on 30 April 2021

If you have any comments or proposals these should be submitted to the Department by 5.00pm on Wednesday 20 January 2021.
