All Intreo Centres and Branch Offices will be closed on Good Friday, 29 March and Easter Monday, 1 April 2024. All offices will reopen as normal on Tuesday 2 April 2024.
All post offices will be open until 1pm on Good Friday, 29 March. Post offices will be closed on Saturday 30 March and Easter Monday 1 April 2024.
The payment date for your social welfare payment may change over the Easter holiday period.
Most social welfare payments that are due to be paid on Friday 29 March or Monday 1 April, will be paid on Thursday 28 March instead.
The payment dates for all social welfare payments will return to normal from Tuesday 2 April 2024.
EFT payments and cheques for casual jobseeker's will be processed on Thursday 28 March 2024.
To avoid any disruption to your payment, please submit your declaration for the week ending 26/27 March by:
If you submit your declaration before this deadline, your payment will be available for collection or in your bank account by Wednesday 3 April.
If you are unable to provide your expected work pattern before this deadline, you can still submit your declaration as normal. However, your payment will be delayed.
