Transforming Lives - Working Group 1 Report on Future Needs for Disability Services

This report was originally published in 2018, following the work of Working Group 1 under the Transforming Lives policy reform initiative. One set of data underpinning some estimates in the original report (now withdrawn) had in error been supplied in respect of the wrong year. The estimates have been reworked with the correct data, and the text amended accordingly in the reissued corrected version.
