Hello Children,
We at IPAS want to hear from you, we want you to contact IPAS to let us know how you are doing.
When IPAS Officers visit accommodation centres around the country, some children like to tell us how they are doing with activities they are engaged in or maybe tell us how they are doing in school and what their favourite subjects are. Some children may have something on their mind and would like to discuss it with an IPAS staff.
You may just want to let us know if we are doing a good job, it would be so good to know you are happy with our service. This is called positive feedback and if you are happy, we will continue to do things the way you like. This will also be very helpful to other children in other IPAS centres too.
We have set up a special mailbox just for you. The new shared mailbox yourvoice@equality.gov.ie is now operational or you can send us your form by post for free.
If you think we are not doing a good job, please tell us. Complaints are welcome to help us to know how to help you better.
1) Child Complaints Guide. This document is to help you make a complaint or give good feedback correctly.
2) Child Complaints Procedure. This document explains what you can contact us about and how we will deal with your request.
3) Child feedback form. This is the form you fill in and send on to us.
This process is not to be used as a request for accommodation or a transfer from your accommodation
