gov.ie - Specification of category 2 states under Regulation 6 of the Health Act 1947 (Section 31A - Temporary Restrictions) (COVID-19) (Restrictions upon Travel to the State from Certain States) (No. 4) Regulations 2021

The Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly TD has added an additional 18 states to the list of ‘high-risk’ countries. Passengers arriving from these countries must complete a mandatory 14-day period of self-quarantine. There are now 33 states on the list of ‘high-risk’ countries.
