Relevant Body - Regulation of Lobbying Act

The Planning Advisory Forum is a "relevant body" as defined under the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015. It complies with the provisions under the associated Transparency Code and is therefore exempted from the requirement to register and report on lobbying activities

Expected Timeframe for the Group to Conclude its Work

The first meeting of the Planning Advisory Forum took place on 6th July 2023. The Planning Advisory Forum will remain in place until a final draft of the first revision is completed.

Reporting Arrangements

The Draft Revision has been published and a public consultation on the draft will run from 10th July 2024 to 5pm on 12th September 2024.
