Assistant Secretary General with responsibility for Regional Operations Division.
The Regional Operations Division covers the delivery, through the Intreo Centre network of offices and contracted service providers, of front-line person to person service including all jobseeker income support payments, activation and employment supports, state employment schemes and community welfare services. Regional Operations also has responsibility for the operation of the department’s local fraud and control activities and local recruitment services for employers.
