Reporting to the Director of the Insolvency Service of Ireland (ISI) and responsible for leading the Legal Services Division of the ISI. Responsibilities include:
providing legal advice and guidance to the various divisions of the ISI tasked with carrying out the statutory functions of the ISI
overseeing the day-to-day management of the division
contributing to dialogue with the Department of Justice, other government departments, representative bodies and interested organisations on insolvency matters
participation on the Senior Management Team that comprises the Director of the ISI and the heads of each of the divisions of the ISI
