Assigned responsibility at Principal Officer higher level for the delivery of all valuations for rateable valuation purposes, the provision of property valuations to Government Departments and Public Bodies and the ongoing review of relevant legislation.
Also responsible for leading the development and implementation of organisational strategies, objectives and corporate policies with specific responsibility in the area of Stakeholder Relationship Management.
