Assigned responsibility at Principal Officer standard level for directing appeals to the Valuation Tribunal and Courts arising from the National Revision and Revaluation Programmes, the education, training and development of valuer staff, as well as process assurance activities for all valuation-related operations.
Also responsible for developing and delivering strategic objectives and for overall organisational development. She is also responsible for driving the business process transformation programme.
