Head of Human Resources

Assigned responsibility as Head of Human Resources at Principal Officer standard level to develop and oversee the implementation of appropriate human resources policies and procedures to facilitate integration and enable Tailte Éireann to deliver on its strategic objectives.

Has overall responsibility for:

  • Strategic workforce planning
  • Developing Integrated recruitment operating model
  • Performance management and development system
  • Absence management
  • Employee Relations
  • Industrial relations issues
  • Responsibility in relation to initial assessments of disclosures as required under the Protected Disclosures Act, 2014
  • Employee engagement and welfare, including equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ensuring organisational capability is in place in the TE to fulfil its mandate and strategic objectives, including senior management capability, through implementation of an effective Learning and Development strategy and allied interventions

A member of the Management Board of Tailte Éireann.
