Wexford County Council propose to carry out development at No. 20 and No. 21 at The Quay, New Ross. The development will comprise of the conversion of existing vacant properties for a mixed use development including a café/restaurant, retail space and a visitor centre at ground floor level; and exhibition floor space at first, second and third floor levels.
