Proposed redevelopment and upgrade of Mallow Swimming Pool

The proposed development comprises:

construction of an extension to the front of the building to cater for new reception area, administrative offices, staff facilities (changing room, staffroom, toilet facilities) and a new party room
construction of an extension to the rear of the pool to cater for new storeroom, sauna, stream room and multipurpose room
construction of a new eastern gable extension
development of a new village style communal dressing room including new showers, lockers, group changing facilities
upgrade of mechanical and electrical equipment, wiring and plant
upgrade of chemical dosing facilities
upgrade of Pool Deck
replacement of windows and doors with more energy efficient units
replacement of roof with new more energy efficient roof material
associated soft landscaping
