A Public Participation Network (PPN) is a structure that brings together Community and Voluntary, Environmental and Social Inclusion groups in each local authority area.
This User Guide has now been replaced by the PPN Handbook and is made available here for archival purposes. Please note that the provisions of this User Guide are no longer valid .
In early 2019, the Department of Rural and Community Development invited submissions from interested parties on a review of the Public Participation Network User Guide. These submissions and reports on regional consultation meetings are available to view below.
