Sinéad is the Assistant Secretary with responsibility for Business and International Tax Policy.
Within the Department Sinéad has worked on a number of matters relating to business tax, including business tax supports. Prior to joining the Department she was a member of the Secretariat to the Commission on Taxation and Welfare and spent a number of years in the Office of the Revenue Commissioners where she led several projects and worked on both personal and business tax policy and legislation.
Prior to joining the civil service Sinéad worked in KPMG for a number of years advising clients on a range of tax matters.
Sinéad holds a degree in Business and Law from UCD and is a trained Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant.
