Responsibility at Head of Division level for the provision and development of the Office’s Finance and Facilities Management services including: Finance- payroll and payments, Appropriation Account, expenditure planning and reporting, annual Estimates process, flight bookings, travel and subsistence; Facilities Management - accommodation, security and building services in 3 locations, Health and Safety in workplaces, resource efficiency (energy use and carbon reduction), Covid 19 physical/workplace response including services/safety for remote working.
